Storage on a motorcycle is limited. Deciding between necessities and luxuries can make packing for a road trip difficult.
Leaving fully packed leaves no room for souvenirs or those one-of-a-kind gifts on the return trip. Adding this rack provides extra storage space so you can packing comfortably and return with plenty of souvenirs to share with friends and family.
Removing the rack is as easy as pulling two pins and sliding it out of the HWK025 receiver brackets (sold separately).
The QD1000 also accepts bungee cords or NETS to hold down small to medium coolers and other travel bags.
Although the QD1000 rack is strong enough to support the weight of a grown man without bending, Rivco recommendeds no more than a 35-pound load to avoid adversely affecting the maneuverability of your motorcycle.
